Before activating an add-on, confirm that its requirements match the NexaBoard and PHP versions running on your website.
Create a backup before installing updates on a production community. After activation, check the feature provided by the add-on as both an administrator and a normal member.
If an add-on does not activate, review any compatibility message shown by NexaBoard before attempting to modify plugin files.
When asking for support, provide the NexaBoard version, add-on version, WordPress version, and the exact error or unexpected behavior.
