If members are redirected to an unexpected page after signing in or registering, first check which page they were viewing before opening the login or registration form.
Then test the same process using a regular member account and an incognito browser window. Administrator sessions can sometimes hide permission or caching issues that affect normal visitors.
If you use a caching, security, membership, or redirect plugin, temporarily exclude the NexaBoard pages from custom redirect rules and page caching while testing.
When reporting the issue, mention the login method used, the expected destination, and the page where the user actually lands.
