If an add-on behaves differently after a WordPress update, first determine whether the problem affects NexaBoard itself or only the add-on feature.
Check for available updates and confirm version compatibility. Clear relevant caches and reproduce the issue with a normal member account.
If possible, test on a staging site with other unrelated plugins temporarily disabled. This can help identify whether the problem is caused by a plugin conflict rather than the WordPress update itself.
Avoid troubleshooting by editing production plugin files directly.
